Description
The accommodation:
You spend the night in one of our spacious teepees, in our own forest, with comfortable beds and simple camping furniture. You can use a central kitchen, or you can bring your own camping kitchen.
You do not stay at a large and crowded campsite, but on our own outdoor location, in an old quarry, not far from Liège. You can make campfires and barbecues to your heart’s content *
We have good sanitary facilities and a large ‘living room’ in our inn, if you want to sit inside.
The last night of your stay, you’ll move to our other quarry, only 10 minutes’ away, for an adventurous bivouac under the stars. Under the guidance of our instructors, you will build your own tent made of canvas and rope and you will prepare a simple meal over the campfire. This meal, as well as breakfast on the last morning, are included.
* For security reasons, local authorities may declare restrictions on open fire during times of drought.
The activities:
During the week we take you 3 times on a adventurous outdoor activity, such as mountain biking, climbing and rappelling and our rope course and via ferrata.
If desired, you can book one or more extra activities such as caving, kayaking, archery or quad biking. In addition, there is more than enough to do in the wide region to entertain yourself.
