Staff Away-Day for European Defence Agency

We organised a successful staff Away-day with Venturix at their location in the Belgian Ardennes (Comblain-au-Point) at the end of September with the participation of 120+ staff. Together with the organisers at Venturix, we gave colleagues the option to choose between 2 different activities, organized in a morning and afternoon session. In-between both sessions, all colleagues joined in for a barbecue lunch at the main site. The day was a great success, and colleagues enjoyed a varied, fun and for those up for it, challenging programme. Regardless of the activity (GPS Hiking Tour, Shooting Challenge, Rope Course or Mountainbiking), colleagues had positive feedback, and attested to great opportunities for teambuilding and enjoyed their time getting to know colleagues better. The barbecue lunch prepared by Venturix was excellent, providing a good variety, as well as several options for those colleagues with specific dietary requirements. The planning of our Away-day was also made smooth with thanks to the support of the Venturix team, providing us with clear and timely information at all points of the process. When we needed urgent information or input, Venturix was always available to answer our questions or remarks and proved very flexible to our specific requirements. For our organisation size and requirements, Venturix provided a great offer, professional service, and reception of us as a group. We can therefore warmly recommend them to anyone looking to organise a similar day out for a similarly sized organisation.
