The challenge: climate change
The earth is warming up faster and faster, with the result that large parts of Africa are drying up and becoming uninhabitable. This leads to hunger, disease, violence and refugee flows with untold human suffering.
Justdiggit counteracts this by bringing back nature on a large scale, together with the local population, by using simple greening techniques such as rainwater collection (by digging so-called bunds), bringing back trees and developing grass seed banks. For our activities and your adventurous experience, we depend on our beautiful and green Ardennes forests. Fortunately, we have them in abundance, but that does not apply to a large part of the world’s population.
That is why VenturiX Outdoor supports the work of Justdiggit with their mission to make large parts of Africa greener in the next 10 years. This slows down global warming, and this has a positive impact on nature, climate and people..
